Martin Zagozdzon is a deaf snowboarder from Ontario, Canada, he is been snowboarding for almost whole of his life. Snowboarding for Team Canada is his dream since he was young. Now he is a member of the Canadian National Deaf Snowboarding Team. Through hard work, dedication, and training he is earning the right to represent Canada at the 18th Winter Deaflympics in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia on March 28 – April 5 2015, the largest International Deaf Sporting Event in the World. The Deaflympics, sanctioned by the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf, and recognized by the International Olympic Committee, are the highest level of competition bringing together thousands of Elite Deaf Athletes from over 100 countries worldwide. He will be participating the Styleslope and Snowboard Cross events at the 18th Deaflympics 2015. It will be amazing experience for him to represent Canada at The Deaflympics. He is feeling glory and looking forward for his dream to become a reality also bring medals to his country!
